Maiden Lane Goes Car-Free and 21+ for Parked's 360° Street Party

Maiden Lane — the narrow pedestrian alley off Union Square — gets a full street-party takeover courtesy of Parked., with a 360-degree stage setup and rotating DJs.

By Drew Bennett, Things to Do · May 30, 2026

Maiden Lane is already closed to cars, which means the setup here is tighter and louder than a typical plaza event — the buildings bounce the sound back at you, and the crowd fills the whole block. That 360° stage configuration means there's no bad angle, and no real "back" of the room to escape to if it gets packed. Food and drink options will likely come from the surrounding Union Square corridor; there's no shortage of spots on Geary or Post if you need to step out.

Powell Street BART puts you about three blocks away. Don't bother driving — Union Square parking structures charge event-rate pricing on weekend nights, and you won't find street parking anywhere close.
