Lucky Paw 222 LLC filed the DBA Honeymood at 726 Clement Street in November 2025, marking the first confirmed new tenant at the Inner Richmond address since Chili House closed after a fire in October 2023.

Lucky Paw 222 LLC registered the DBA Honeymood at 726 Clement Street on November 11, 2025 — the first formal sign of a new tenant in a space that has sat vacant since October 2023, when an apartment fire forced Chili House to close after roughly 11 years on the block.

Chili House Inc. had registered at the address in July 2012 under owner and chef Lijun Han, who also operates Z&Y Restaurant in Chinatown. The SF Standard described the room as "frequently rated among the best restaurants in San Francisco to get Peking duck prepared in the traditional way" when it reported the fire closure. A representative for the restaurant subsequently indicated plans to reopen; the space has since changed hands.

Mission Local, in a December 2025 Richmond business roundup, mentioned a café concept called Evermore in connection with the address. Whether Evermore is the trade name for the same operation registered as Honeymood has not been confirmed. No health permit or planning approval for a new food operation at 726 Clement appeared in City records as of this writing; the property carries a food-and-beverage use designation. Cuisine type, price point, and an opening date have not been publicly announced.

New signage at the address was photographed on July 10 and posted to r/sanfrancisco, the first public notice of the pending change.
