The Hill Climb is the most street-level spectacle of the three. Union Street between Gough and Fillmore is already a good block to walk, and the racing gives you a reason to stand around without feeling like you're just waiting for brunch. The volunteer day on Twin Peaks is a rare chance to be on that ridge with a smaller crowd and a task — the views are the same, the parking stress is lower than a weekend afternoon.
For the art auction, arrive early in the week if you want to see everything before bidding heats up on the final day. Galleries in this format often have the best floor access on opening day before pieces get flagged.
If you have two hours: catch the Hill Climb mid-afternoon Saturday, walk up to the Fillmore end, grab coffee on the way back. You'll see the whole thing and still have your evening.
