Outside Lands has already planted its next flag in Golden Gate Park: Friday through Sunday, Aug. 6-8, 2027. The festival’s official homepage (external source, opens in a new tab) now points visitors to those dates and a Get Updates prompt; the lineup, daily start times, set schedule and stage map are not posted as of Saturday, Sept. 5.

The ticket news is the part worth knowing before you casually decide to circle back later. The official Outside Lands tickets page (external source, opens in a new tab) says 2027 Eager Beaver tickets are on sale now, but the public three-day festival-pass tiers it lists — GA, GA+, VIP and Golden Gate Club — are already marked sold out. That page does not show a next onsale date or posted prices for those sold-out tiers. The co-promoter’s Another Planet Entertainment listing (external source, opens in a new tab) says the Eager Beaver presale began Wednesday, Aug. 19, at 10 a.m.

The still-actionable item is transportation: the same Outside Lands tickets page (external source, opens in a new tab) lists a three-day shuttle pass at $76 all-in. The shuttle runs from Bill Graham Civic Auditorium to the festival’s south entrance, beginning at 11 a.m. daily; the last outbound shuttle leaves Bill Graham at 8 p.m., and return shuttles run until one hour after music ends. Bill Graham is near Civic Center BART and Muni. Parking is not included; the page points drivers to Civic Center Parking Garage, entrance on McAllister Street between Polk and Larkin.

My read: do not spend the afternoon refreshing resale sites for a festival with no lineup yet. Hit Get Updates, decide whether that shuttle works for your side of town, and wait for the next official onsale. If I only had two hours today, I would buy nothing except a shuttle pass if I already knew I was going, then put Aug. 6-8 on the calendar and let the lineup earn the bigger money later.
