House of Air in the Presidio is running adult-only coached sessions for skiers and snowboarders this Saturday, August 1 — $40 an hour, trampolines and airbag included, no personal gear required.

For Bay Area snowboarders and skiers looking to nail aerial tricks before the season opens, House of Air in the Presidio is hosting an Adult Slopestyle Workshop on Saturday, August 1. Hourly sessions run 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at 926 Mason Street, San Francisco. Cost is $40 per hour; participants must be 18 or older.

This isn't open jump time — it's a coached session on Olympic trampolines, an airbag, and a custom launchpad aimed at spins, flips, and grab techniques. Instructors are present throughout. House of Air provides trampoline skis and boards for the core trampoline work, so no personal gear is required to participate. If you want to use the optional Dryslope Mini-Ramp for rails and boxes, bring your own snowboard or skis and boots; helmets are recommended but not required for either.

One tip: decide which single trick you want to lock before you show up. An hour goes fast, and the instructors can drill deep on one movement when they know your goal. Presidio parking fills on Saturday mornings — aim to arrive ten minutes early and try the lot directly in front of the venue on Mason Street.

If you have an hour and $40, this is as close to slope training as you'll get in the city without a drive to Tahoe.
