California's Great America's July 4 fireworks are included with standard park admission, but premium viewing costs extra. The park's "Star-Spangled Nights Fireworks presented by M&M'S®" launches at 9:40 p.m. on Friday, July 3 and Saturday, July 4, 2026, weather permitting. General admission covers access to standard viewing areas throughout the park.

For better sightlines, California's Great America offers a separately ticketed All-You-Can-Eat Backyard BBQ on July 4 only, priced at $65.99 for adults and $39.99 for children ages 3-11, plus tax. The BBQ includes exclusive access to premium fireworks viewing from the Pavilion area. The menu features sirloin steak, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, chicken wings, pulled pork sliders, and vegetarian options.

The park is located at 4701 Great America Parkway, Santa Clara. Operating hours run 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on July 4. Nearest transit is VTA's Great America station. Parking costs $30-$40 depending on proximity.

For a free alternative, the City of Santa Clara hosts a public July 4 celebration at Mission College where the Great America fireworks are visible from outside the park.
