Oakland side means BART is your best move: 12th Street / Oakland City Center puts you in range without the parking math. Bring cash for food vendors regardless of what the signage says — card readers at outdoor events are optimistic at best. Sunscreen is not optional in late May, and the weekend forecast historically runs warmer than SF, sometimes by 10 degrees.
